About

I believe new technologies help companies and people work more effectively. I see transformation as a practice of continuous improvement. I bring an operational approach to AI adoption, building systems that keep working and evolving after a project ends.

At Nebius, I lead AI adoption across the company, helping teams use the tools, find useful applications, and share what works.

Previously, I built analytics teams and systems, developed BI products, and led data visualization projects. Product thinking, user experience, and design are central to my work. I have an engineering background and a PhD.
